Direct to Film (DTF)

We now offer a process that transfers a print onto fabric or other substrates using a heat-press mechanism. Unlike the DTG method, which works on cotton fabrics, the DTF method can work on cotton, polyester and poly blends. This isn’t your grandma’s iron-on!

Your design is printed to a film that has an adhesive applied. Fine lines and color counts don't matter. Press as low as 280-305 degrees for 15 seconds and hot peel. There is no weeding and it feels softer than vinyl.

The only con is that it is not available in specialty prints, such as glitter, reflective, chameleon, etc. Perfect for high detail prints and to show the vividness of color.
